Hey, I'm Shayna!

I have 6+ years of experience in the holistic wellness & fitness field as Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Herbalist, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Mindset Coach and Mom of 2. I have an immense passion for helping women find their own unique path to aligned wellness and feeling their best.
In the earlier stages of my wellness journey, I remember what it was like to feel defeated trying to reach my fitness goals. I didn't know what I needed to focus on to see results and I definitely wasn't keeping track of the things I DID accomplish - missing the opportunity to really see the small but significant changes I was making.
I was constantly starting and restarting because I didn't have a solid plan to stay consistent and take the best next action steps. And I'm feeling that since you're here - you might have experienced this yourself at some point. That's ok. It's very normal. But I also understand the deep desire of wanting things to be different. Patterns and cycles are hard to change, but the important thing is, they CAN change.
After a long 2 years of the "start-and-restart-again" cycle, and lots of trial and error, I started developing tools and resources to get out of that cycle. In this planner, I put together all the important key pieces to focus on to get results, reach the goals you set, and stay consistent in your wellness journey.
These are the same tools I have used for myself and my clients with success.
